Medical Alert Dogs
Medical service dogs are specially trained to detect and respond to medical conditions such as diabetes, seizures or heart disease. These amazing dogs use their heightened senses to provide early warnings, deliver help or assist in emergencies, offering safety, independence and peace of mind to their caregivers.
These highly skilled dogs provide safety, independence and life-saving assistance to people with medical conditions.

Migraine Alert Dogs
They detect changes in smell or behavior that precede a migraine, giving caregivers time to prepare.

Diabetes Alert Dogs (DAD):
They detect changes in blood sugar levels and alert their caregiver before it becomes dangerous.

Seizure Alert Dogs
Predicting seizures before they occur (in some cases) or helping during and after a seizure by calling for help or providing comfort.

They detect irregular heart rhythm or changes in blood pressure and alert their caregiver.

Mobility Assistance Dogs

Dogs for therapy visits:
Visit hospitals, schools, nursing homes and other facilities to provide comfort and companionship

Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) Dogs:
Collaborate with healthcare professionals in structured therapy sessions to assist with physical, emotional or mental healing.

Facility Therapy Dogs:
Live in facilities such as nursing homes or schools to provide ongoing emotional support and interaction with residents or students.

Crisis Response Dogs:
Trained to comfort those affected by traumatic events, such as natural disasters or tragedies, by reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm.
What are the steps to apply?

1. Complete the Applications
Fill out the surveyThe application must specify what type of assistance dog you need and include a medical letter - this can be done later (we do not do medical letters). The application fee is PLN 250. Once approved, we will contact you directly to assess the dog.

2. Test whether the dog is suitable for work
Once your application is approved, we will assess your dog and begin public access training, if it turns out that your dog is not suitable for the service dog program, we will withdraw from the program. The cost of an in-person or online assessment is PLN 250 and will take up to 90 minutes.

3. Payment for the Assistance Dog Program
Once your dog is ready to begin training, we will require a 50% deposit towards the Service Dog Program (which is non-refundable if you decide you no longer want to continue with your dog's training. We have limited space for prospective Service Dogs and their handlers, so we want to make sure your dog is committed to training).
The minimum cost of training a service dog is PLN 25,000 - payable in stages (the cost may be higher, as some dogs require more than 100 hours of work). (The minimum cost of a service dog in the US is $17,000).
Following a successful assessment and application, the PLN 500 will be refunded if you decide to start the service dog program . -
4. Training program
Minimum 100 hours required for the dog to be able to take the exam. Service dog in person program starts June 2025 in Warsaw 1 hour of classes is PLN 250 , if the dog requires more classes. As part of the program, dogs will be - trained in public places such as bus stops, department stores, airports and other public transport. - the dog will fly at least once during the training period - they will be trained in groups, in private classes and in various environments

5.Medical recommendation and approval of the dog
Once training objectives have been established (advanced manners and task training), we meet for training sessions, either virtually or in person.
We provide a training journal that will be updated daily based on your training results and goals. Please note: Service dog training is one of the highest forms of obedience training and only ~5% of dogs complete training. We may discontinue training if your dog shows reactivity, fear, aggression, or health concerns at any time. -
6. Final exam
After successfully completing the training, which can last from 5 months to two years, we will meet for the final certification exam. The exam is based on international standards and requirements. Only if you and your dog pass the exam with a score of 90% will you receive the sought-after certificate confirming that your dog is a qualified working animal and can accompany you, the handler. The exam can be taken as many times as you want to pass it with a score of 90%.

I am a certified dog trainer and behavioral consultant specializing in
therapy and training of service dogs. For years I worked
with dogs in different positions, helping them to achieve full
potential as companions, emotional support animals and trained for tasks
service dogs.
I first introduced work with service and therapy dogs in Qatar.
for the first time, and my own cardio alert service dog and therapy dog, Charlie, is
the first certified service and therapy dog to visit schools and universities in the country.

even more dog parents while increasing the reach of services and therapies
in the United Arab Emirates, just as I managed to do in Qatar.
