1. General provisions

The Doggy Village online store, operating at Brzeziny 13b Halinów, is run by the company:

The Regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making deliveries, payments, withdrawing from the contract and the rules for complaints.

The store sells retail pet products (including accessories, food, and treats) online.
2. Definitions

Buyer/Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit placing an order in the store.

Consumer – a customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.

Seller – Media Tech Sp. z o. o.
3. Placing orders
-
Orders are accepted via the store's website 24/7.

The condition for order fulfillment is the provision of correct customer data.

After placing an order, the customer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
4. Prices and payments

All prices in the store are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.

The customer can use the following payment methods:

online payments handled by PayU SA

traditional transfer to the Seller's account

payment on delivery (if available).

A receipt or VAT invoice is issued for each order.
5. Delivery

Products are shipped via courier companies or to parcel lockers.

Delivery costs are provided when placing the order.

Order processing time is usually 1 to 5 business days from receipt of payment.
6. Withdrawal from the contract
-
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason - This applies only to the store (not hotel services).

The deadline begins on the date the Consumer receives the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the Seller's e-mail address.

The consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration.

The Seller will refund all payments made by the Consumer (including delivery costs – excluding additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method) no later than within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Complaints

The Seller is obliged to deliver products free from defects.

If a defect is detected, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints can be submitted in writing or electronically.

The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
8. Protection of personal data

The administrator of Customers' personal data is Media Tech Sp. z o. o.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order, issuing accounting documents, contacting the customer and – if the customer consents – for marketing purposes.

9. Final provisions
-
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The regulations are available free of charge on the store's website.

The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations – the changes do not violate the acquired rights of customers.
Dog Hotel Regulations "Doggy Village"
Doggy Village is committed to providing every animal entrusted to us with the best possible care, ensuring its health, safety and well-being.
1. Terms and Conditions

rabies, infectious diseases and dewormed.
1.2. It is required to protect the dog against ticks and fleas (

1.9 Doggy Village may refuse to accept an animal due to

1.10. Necessary vaccinations must be performed
at least 2 weeks before accepting the dog into the hotel: vaccination against diseases
viral, rabies vaccination, separate vaccination for kennel cough
(intranasal, injectable or oral vaccine). The dog's owner is obliged to
when entrusting the dog to the caretaker, have a current vaccination card/passport.
In the absence of confirmation of vaccinations at the time of accepting the dog, the hotel has the right

1.11. The owner signs a contract in which he guarantees that the animal is healthy,
specifies the period of the animal's stay at the hotel and leaves contact details
by phone to yourself. If the animal is taking medication, the guardian
undertakes to provide a certificate from a veterinarian with a recommendation and
dosage (in the case of psychotropic drugs) or a statement from the guardian in
for any other medications.
1.12 Doggy Village does not accept dogs without
advance booking.
2. Hotel stay
2.1. Dogs are provided with individual or group runs depending on
character and needs.
2.2. We provide feeding according to the owner's recommendations (possibility
providing your own food).
2.3. Dogs are under the constant care of qualified staff.
2.4. In case of symptoms of illness, please contact
owner and if necessary we provide veterinary assistance (treatment costs
covered by the owner).
2.5
Owner
agrees to cover any costs of veterinary treatment for his animal,
if it is necessary to use it. If during the dog's stay at the hotel
any event occurs that requires veterinary intervention,
the hotel staff will make every effort to reunite you with your dog as soon as possible
get to a veterinary check-up and use the recommended medications, which during
the dog's pickup will be given to the owner. Furthermore, as the dogs are playing,
they run around, have fun and may be exposed to more frequent injuries in the hotel than in

2.6. The owner should provide the necessary information about the health condition,

2.13
Dog service

2.14
Entrusting

3. Collection and fees
3.1. The dog should be picked up on the agreed date.
3.2. In case of delay in collection, please contact us immediately - each

3.3. To ensure your dog's place at the hotel, please pay a deposit of 50%
amounts to confirm reservations.
3.4 The fee for the stay is charged in advance on the day of accepting the dog, 100% of the amount

3.4. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 days before the date –
the deposit is non-refundable.
3.5 Additional services are agreed in advance and may be added upon collection of the dog.

4. Final provisions
4.1. The hotel is not liable for any damage caused by a dog in
