POOL PARTY EVENT RULES

  1. Each participant takes part in the event at their own risk.
  2. The owner assumes full responsibility for their dog for the entire duration of the event.
  3. The owner is obligated to maintain full control over their dog.
  4. Dogs that are aggressive toward people or other animals may not participate in the event. The organizer has the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if they pose a threat to others.
  5. The owner is obligated to clean up after their dog.
  6. Every dog must have a valid rabies vaccination.
  7. The owner must have the dog's health record, passport, or a photo of a document confirming current vaccinations on hand.
  8. The organizer may request to see these documents before entering the event grounds.
  9. Dogs showing symptoms of illness, coughing, diarrhea, or other infections may not participate in the event.
  10. To increase safety, each dog will receive a colored ribbon at the entrance indicating their temperament and comfort level regarding contact with others:
    🟢 Green — gentle, social dog, eager to greet people and other dogs
    🟡 Yellow — please exercise caution, the dog needs more space
    🔴 Red — please do not approach or initiate contact without the guardian's permission
  11. Use of the pool, attractions, and infrastructure must be in accordance with the instructions of the organizers and staff.
  12. The organizer is not liable for injuries, damages, disappearances, or incidents resulting from the behavior of dogs or participants.
  13. Participants are required to follow safety rules and instructions from Doggy Village staff.
  14. The organizer reserves the right to ask any participant who does not comply with the regulations or poses a threat to other participants to leave.
  15. Participation in the contest requires publishing a reel from the event on social media and tagging the Doggy Village profile. Contest materials will be judged by the organizer based on the number of views, creativity, material quality, and how the event and attractions are presented. The grand prize will be awarded within 7 days after the event ends.
  16. Participation in the event signifies consent to having photos and video footage taken during the event.
  17. The participant consents to the processing of their personal data by the Doggy Village Foundation and Media-Tech Polska Sp. z o.o. to the extent necessary for the organization and implementation of the event, contacting participants, maintaining documentation related to the event, and for informational and promotional activities in accordance with GDPR.
  18. The participant consents to the free use of their image and the image of their dog captured during the event.
  19. Photos and recordings may be used by the Doggy Village Foundation, Media-Tech Polska Sp. z o.o., Doggy Village, and event partners for promotional, marketing, informational, and educational purposes.
  20. The participant waives any financial claims related to the use of their image and the image of their dog in the organizers' promotional materials.
  21. Registering for participation and entering the event grounds signifies full acceptance of these regulations.
