Our Coaches
Paulina Ignatiuk
Working with animals is not just my profession – it is, above all, my greatest passion. For over 20 years, I have been training dogs and working with their owners, helping to build relationships based on trust, mutual understanding, and respect.
I am an animal trainer, zoopsychologist, and a dog and cat behaviorist. I constantly expand my knowledge by participating in conferences, workshops, courses, and training camps. In my work, I rely on current scientific knowledge, experience, and an individual approach to every dog. I always prioritize the animal's well-being, taking care of its emotions, needs, and comfort.
Dog sports and activity
For years, I have been actively training with my own dogs in various sports disciplines, including Agility, Dog Frisbee, Nosework, and water work.
I find particular satisfaction in water work and teaching dogs how to swim. I love helping dogs overcome their fears, build self-confidence, and discover the joy of water-based activities. Regardless of age or breed, I believe that with proper training, almost any dog can learn to love swimming.
Dog therapy and therapy dogs
One of my greatest passions is dog-assisted therapy. For many years, I have been training therapy dogs, preparing them to work with children, the elderly, and people with various disabilities.
I also regularly participate in therapy sessions with my own dog, visiting hospitals and medical facilities where we conduct dog-assisted therapy sessions together. Thanks to my many years of experience, I know what a huge impact a properly prepared dog can have on improving the well-being, motivation, and rehabilitation process of patients.
A holistic approach to dogs
In training, the relationship between human and dog is most important to me. I strive to help them become a harmonious team based on cooperation, communication, and mutual trust. I tailor every training plan individually to the dog's capabilities and the owner's expectations.

Ewa Lasek
Dog Trainer | Specialist in Retrievers, Rally-O and Dummy
Ewa Lasek is a dog trainer specializing in working with retrievers as well as Rally-O and Dummy training. She is a handler of a working-line Labrador herself, which gives her a deep understanding of the needs of active dogs that love working with their human, retrieving, and taking on new challenges.
During her classes, Ewa focuses on developing a dog's natural predispositions, building cooperation with the handler, and learning through engaging exercises. Dummy training allows dogs to utilize their retrieving instinct, teaching them concentration, self-control, and working at a distance. Rally-O, on the other hand, combines elements of obedience with fun and strengthening the bond between the dog and the owner.
Ewa conducts classes both for those just beginning their adventure with dog sports and for owners looking to develop their dogs' skills.

Puppyville
Puppy classes at Doggy Village are the perfect start to a dog's adult life 🐶
They are designed for puppies and young dogs who are learning about the world, rules, and proper behaviors.

At-home behavioral consultation
An in-home behavioral consultation is an individual meeting with a trainer that helps to understand and resolve a dog's behavioral problems in its natural environment 🏡🐶
By working directly in the home, we can thoroughly analyze daily situations, identify the causes of undesirable behaviors, and implement effective solutions where they are most needed.
🎯 What does the consultation include?
During the meeting, the trainer:
- analyzes the dog's behavior and its daily routine
- identifies the causes of problems and triggers
- observes the dog-owner relationship
- provides concrete tips for immediate implementation
- prepares an individual work plan
🐶 What do we help with?
We most often work with problems such as:
- excessive barking
- separation anxiety
- destructive behavior at home
- jumping on people
- hyperactivity and inability to calm down
- fearfulness, stress, or reactivity

Individual Classes at Doggy Village Training Centre
Individual classes at Doggy Village are training sessions 100% tailored to your dog and your needs.
This is the perfect solution for dogs that require an individual approach, are working on specific difficulties, or have clearly defined training goals.
During individual classes, we work on, among other things:

Individual Classes at Your Home
We offer individual in-home training – an ideal solution for owners who want to work with their dog in its natural environment 🏡🐶
In-home training allows you to focus on real everyday problems and yields the fastest results, as we work exactly where challenges arise.
✅ Who are these sessions for?
We particularly recommend individual in-home sessions for dogs that:
- have behavioral problems at home (destruction, barking, jumping on people)
- struggle with being left alone (separation anxiety)
- have difficulty with potty training
- show excessive excitability or lack of focus
- need an individualized approach

During the sessions, we focus on, among other things:
- teaching basic obedience
- establishing clear rules at home
- eliminating undesirable behaviors
- building the dog-owner relationship

Scent work
Nosework at Doggy Village is an activity based on the dog's natural need to use its nose 👃🐶
It's an excellent form of activity for dogs of all ages – both energetic and calm or shy ones.
During nosework classes:
👃 we develop the dog's concentration and independence
👃 we strengthen self-confidence
👃 we teach the dog to calm down and work with focus
👃 we provide the dog with real "mental fatigue," often more effective than a long walk
👃 we build a great dog-owner relationship
Nosework is safe, low-impact, and also ideal for dogs recovering from injuries, seniors, and reactive dogs.

Socialization walks
Socialization walks at Doggy Village are controlled, calm walks in small groups, aimed at teaching appropriate behavior in the presence of other dogs and people 🚶♀️🐕
This is an ideal form of activity for dogs that:
🐾 are learning to calmly pass other dogs
🐾 have difficulty managing emotions on walks
🐾 need safe socialization
🐾 require support in building self-confidence
During walks, we work on:

DUMMY CLASSES
Discover your dog's natural instincts and develop their skills during Dummy classes at Doggy Village!
Dummy is a unique form of training based on retrieving special training objects, mimicking the work of hunting dogs. The classes combine physical activity, scent work, concentration, and cooperation between the dog and their handler.
The training sessions are led by Ewa Lasek, a trainer specializing in dummy and tracking.
What will your dog gain?

Who are these classes for?
Dummy classes are especially recommended for retrievers, such as Labradors, Golden Retrievers, or Flat-Coated Retrievers, but we also welcome dogs of other breeds that love to retrieve, search for objects, and work with their handler.
No prior experience is needed! We adjust the level of exercises to the skills of the dog and the handler.
