Dog Swimming Pool & Dog Diving

§1. General Rules

1. Every person entering the Doggy Village pool area is required to read these regulations before beginning to use the facility.
2. Entering the pool area and using the facility is equivalent to confirming that you have read the regulations and fully accept them.
3. The dog owner bears full responsibility for the behavior of their dog and for any damage caused by the dog to people, other animals, or property.
4. Dogs using the pool must be healthy, vaccinated, dewormed, and protected against ticks and fleas, and must not show any symptoms of infectious diseases.
5. Bitches in heat may not use the pool.

§2. Rules for Pool Use

1. Only dogs that are clean and properly prepared for bathing may enter the pool.
2. Dogs soiled with mud, sand, or other impurities must be rinsed off before entering the water.
3. A maximum of 3 dogs may be in the water at one time.
4. A maximum of 1 dog, accompanied by an owner preparing it to enter the water, may be on the launch platform at one time.
5. A maximum of 3 people may be in the platform area at one time.
6. Dogs must remain under the constant supervision of their owners at all times while on the premises.

§3. Safety

1. It is forbidden for people to jump into the pool.
2. It is forbidden to push dogs into the water or force them to swim.
3. It is forbidden to bring glass items or other dangerous objects into the pool.
4. Doggy Village staff have the right to refuse entry or order the departure from the facility of people and dogs that pose a threat to other users.
5. Use of the pool is at the dog owner's own risk.

§4. Liability

1. Doggy Village is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from non-compliance with the regulations.
2. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
3. In the event of water contamination requiring water replacement or additional cleaning, Doggy Village may charge the owner for the costs of restoring the pool to a functional state.

§5. Consent to Use of Image

1. By using the Doggy Village pool, the owner consents to the free recording, use, and publication of their image and the image of their dog.
2. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes by Doggy Village, in particular on social media, the website, and in advertising materials.
3. The consent is granted without time or territorial restrictions, without the right to additional compensation.

§6. Final Provisions

1. Doggy Village staff have the right to issue instructions related to the safety of people and animals, and users are obliged to follow them.
2. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in immediate termination of pool use without the right to a refund.
3. The regulations apply to all pool users from the moment they enter the premises.
